Special Celebrations

Trick or “Trunking”
A safe Halloween is enjoyed by our church family. Immediately following the Wednesday Night Fellowship Meal during the week of Halloween, our young ones, dressed in Halloween attire, make a trip to the parking lot, where they find decorated car trunks open and adults waiting to fill their bags with holiday candy.

Christmas Bonfire
In celebration of Advent, families gather around a large bonfire, sing Christmas carols, listen to Christmas stories told in a Cajun dialect, eat gumbo, sip wassail, and make s’mores with the young ones. It is Louisiana fun for everyone.

Other Celebrations
Easter Sunrise Service and Breakfast
Golf Tournament
Tailgating at University of Louisiana at Monroe
Thanksgiving Dinner
Taste of Season (Following Hanging of the Greens service)
